"I don't have an opinion on it" is a polite way of not saying what you think about a matter if you don't agree or don't care about the issue. "It doesn't really matter" shows that you do not care about the issue discussed. "Meh" is basically just a sound you can make to show how little you care, you care so little you're not even willing to use a full sentence to discuss it.

Fussed (adj) used to stress a feeling of concern or a strong feeling towards something, so expressing it in a negative form will communicate the opposite. I do not have a feeling towards it. Things of 'interest' will occupy our attention and care so again expressing the negative 'does not' communicates the opposite. Taking the time and effort to do something is defined as a bother (care, mind), we can use this to indicate a lack of interest in the negative form.

[just shrug your shoulders] - you don't need to say anything just a single movement of your shoulder up and down signifies that you don't care. Dunno - means I don't know, a dismissive term. How are the - this sentence should be completed by something that you both are not interested in such as How are the fish swimming in the sea? Or something more specific that you both have no interest in.

These expressions mean that you really don't care. You are okay with whatever happens.

I'm so not interested! This is a very casual expression which is usually used among friends and family to indicate utter disinterest with what is being discussed. It really doesn't matter to me, one way or the other. This is a very common way of expressing your complete indifference (lack of interest) in the topic / situation / issue.

"Sure,whatever." This is the most popular way to sure someone that you are disinterested in what they are talking about/asking you about. whatever = said as a response indicating a reluctance to discuss something, often implying indifference. "I am not bothered either way." You don't care about it and are not in any way affected/disturbed/worried about it.

It is always possible to say "I don't care about that", but sometimes this can be seen as rude or blunt, so it is best avoided unless you are with someone that will not mind you being blunt. It is often better to find a different way to express yourself such as: "I haven't thought about it actually." - this lets the other person know that you really aren't interested in the subject because you haven't thought about it. In English we have an informal and formal but maybe a tad rude expressions on how to answer that question. The most formal although can be sometimes taken a little rude can be " I don't really care or I have no opinion on that". Now informal we have a ton of ways to express our dis-interest in something . The most common are: * you choose, I'm easy * whatever you think is best * That is not my cup of tea , so you pick * It doesn't really matter, whatever you think is best Depending on culture some people might be more direct when saying they do not care when asked a question. While this is acceptable just be careful because for our culture we are raised to behave in a certain decorum or with etiquette/manners.

The phrase 'I couldn't care less' literally means that you could not care any less than you already do - you have absolutely no interest in whatever the onversation is about, as opposed to the similar phrase 'I could care less'; this one means that you do slightly care about what is going on.
