All of these answers above are ways of saying that a product or even something else is available from a certain date. All of these answers can be expanded to include something such as a new product, music or movie.
For example - "The new Star Wars film is meant to be good. It comes out on the 11th October."
"The new iPhone will be in stores from 11th October."

販売されるものが主語になり、
◯◯ goes/go on sale on 日付
という形の文になります。
なお、日本語は10月11日「より」ですが、その日「に」販売開始になるため、from よりも特定の日付を示す on が適切です。
When talking about a product that is due to be released on October 11, and you want to tell someone about it; then you can say:
-The product will be sold from October 11
-The item will be available from October 11
-Goes on sale October 11

The product (film / music) will be released on ....
When you are telling people that a product will be available to purchase from a certain date, 'goes on sale from ...' and 'will be available from ...' both allow you to express that. And of course you can add the date, and perhaps which outlets would stock the items as well.
If the product is a film or music, you could also use 'released on ... ' to say the same thing -
''This film will be released on 20th January, at cinemas nationwide''

You can purchase this item on sale starting October 11th.
" This will be a sale item starting October 11th" lets the customer know that the product will be going on sale on that particular date.
" You can purchase this item on sale starting...." tells the customer or purchaser that a product is going on sale, but also available to be purchased on that date and after.
"This will be a sale item starting October 11th"（この商品は10月11日より販売されます）
- この文は、10月11日からその商品が売りに出されると伝えています。
"You can purchase this item on sale starting...."（この商品は....から購入可能になります）
- この文は、ある商品がその日（....）から購入できるようになると伝えています。
This product will be available for purchase from 11th October.
The product is on sale from 11th October.
Available in store from 11th October.
All of these sentences provide the information that a certain product will be available for purchase on and after 11th October.
'On sale' is another way of saying 'available for purchase'.
Note the differences between the way that dates are written in British English, compared to American English.
