地震を想定して作られた建物って英語でなんて言うの？

地震を想定すると言う言い方は、直訳で英語にすると「Buildings built with earthquakes in mind」あたりになりますが、もっと良い言い方（意訳）は「Buildings built to withstand earthquakes」。
