受動態を使ってit is written thatと答えてもいいですね。

Book of English says that it は文法的に間違ってるので そう答えない方がいいです。 Says の単語を使いたい場合は後者や最後の文章の "It says so in the English speaking book" などが良いと思います。 Book of English だと少し言いづらい表現なので the English speaking book でも良いかもしれません。
