しませんかって英語でなんて言うの？

「しませんか」は英語で Why don't you ○○ と言います。

例えば「一緒に行きませんか」は Why don't you come with me? と言えます。

教材で Won't you come with me とたまに見かけますが、この言い方が古くて、現在は殆ど使わないです。

"Would you like to ~?" ←招待の時によく使います。

"How about we/you ~?" ←招待の時だけではなく、アドバイスを提案するときにも使えます。例えば、"How about you study more before taking the test?"

"Why don't we/you ~?" ←招待の時だけではなく、アドバイスを提案するときにも使えます。例えば、"Why don't you study more before taking the test?"

「一緒に勉強しませんか？」の例文：
・"Would you like to study together?"

・"How about we study together?"

・"Why don't we study together?"

〜しませんか？　と相手に言う時に一般的に使われるのは、

Let's play tennis!
Why don't you (we) play tennis?

テニスしましょう！テニスしませんか？
と言った表現になるかと思います。

少し改まった表現ですと、Shall we....?
Shall we dance? 昔映画の題名にもなりましたよね。

How about -ing?「～するのはどうですか？」というフレーズも提案を表す言い方としてよく用いられます。

Is there anything you want to do tonight?
「今夜やりたいこととかある？」

How about going to the movies?
「映画に行くのはどう？」
