「しませんか」は英語で Why don't you ○○ と言います。
例えば「[一緒に](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/52139/)行きませんか」は Why don't you come with me? と言えます。
教材で Won't you come with me とたまに見かけますが、この言い方が古くて、現在は殆ど使わないです。

少し改まった表現ですと、Shall we....?
Shall we dance? 昔映画の題名にもなりましたよね。
How about -ing?「～するのはどうですか？」というフレーズも提案を表す言い方としてよく用いられます。
Is there anything you want to do tonight?
「今夜やりたいこととかある？」
How about going to the movies?
「映画に行くのはどう？」
