一緒には、英語で「together」と言います。
「一緒に行こうよ！」と表現したい場合は、
下記の言い方ではいかがでしょうか。
- Let's go together! 一緒に行こう！
- Wanna go together? (Do you want to go together?) 一緒にいかない？
P.S. Wanna go together? は少しカジュアルな言い方です。wannaはwant toの話し言葉での略となります。

”一緒に"は英語で"together"と言います。

そして、どこか行くという予定があるとき、もう一人を誘いたかったら、Join=参加するという言葉を使われます。
例えば、
明日動物園に行くよ。一緒に行く?
Tomorrow I will go to the zoo. Want to join?
「一緒に」は英語でtogetherかwithと言えます。両方はほぼ同じ意味です。「〜と」の場合にwithとも言います。例えば、「家族と行く」は英語でgo with my familyと言います。

彼らが一緒に遊園地に行きました。
