"I can come after I finish with work." This is a polite way of telling someone that when you are done at work, you will be able to come to whatever even they asked you to come to.
"I'll be there after work ends." This response is more affirmative and expresses that you will go when you have finished your work.
"I can come after I finish with work."（仕事が終わったら行けます）
- これは、仕事が終わったらそこに行けると丁寧に伝えています。
"I'll be there after work ends."（仕事が終わったら行きます）
- これはより断定的な言い方です。仕事が終わったら「行きます」と伝えています。
1) I'll get there after I finish my work.「仕事終わったら、そこに行くね」

getは「（～に）着く」という意味があります。
場所の情報を加えると、自然な英語になるので、thereを加えました。
「仕事を終える」finish one's work、「仕事を終わらせる」get one's word doneなど
バリエーションがありますので、言いやすい方を選ぶといいと思います。
また、最初がI、afterの後もIで同じ人なので、afterの後は～ingを使って、
I'll get there after finishing my work.
I'll go there after getting my work done.と言うこともできます。
「たぶん9時（ぐらい）に着くかな」はI'll probably get there at (around) 9pm.です。
Probablyの代わりに、Maybe I'll get there at 9pm.でも大丈夫ですが、
maybeですと「9時に着くかもだけど、わからない」という感じですので、
probablyのほうがやや確信を持った感じで適切だと思います。
when explaining the time you will be arriving then you can simply say 'I'll come/go after I finish work' or 'I'll go/come once all my work is done' this would also suggest it might be late
「仕事が終わってから行く」は次のように言えます。
'I'll come/go after I finish work'（仕事が終わったら行きます）
または、
'I'll go/come once all my work is done'（仕事が終わったら行きます）
これは「遅れるかもしれない」というニュアンスです。
It is assumed that this 'work' is being done at the office and it is your regular job. It is assumed that this 'work' is not being done at home. So, if it is the 'work' that you always do, then you 'finish' work or 'knock off' at given times, that is at the end of the work day, say at 5.00 pm. So, you can only 'finish work', ' knock off'' or 'be done with work' at 5.00 pm, and that is when you will go.
So, you may say:
I will go after knocking off.
or
I will go after I'm done with work.
この「仕事」というのは会社で毎日する仕事のことだと思います。家でする仕事のことではないと思います。
もしそれが毎日の仕事なら、例えば夕方の5時とか一定の時間になると仕事が終わります。ですから、5時とかにならないと、帰れないわけです。
次のように言えます。

If you are invited to something and you wish to state that you will go after you finish work, then the above example statement seems adequate for that purpose.

all three useful common phrases, 'when' and 'after' are most commonly used, when using 'Once I finish' is a more formal and polite way of saying when something is done or completed.

どれも便利で一般的なフレーズです。'when' と 'after' が最もよく使われます。

This is how we let someone know that we will join them once we are done meeting our work obligations.
We usually are not able to leave work at our own desire and so we use this term to let the next person know that we will join them once we have met all obligations at work.
