4学期って英語でなんて言うの？

どちらも４学期の意味です。
「term one」１学期「term two」２学期「term three」３学期　「term four」４学期

「semester」は２つだけなんですが、最近３つでも「semester」使う人もいます。
「first semester」１学期「second semester」２学期「third semester」３学期

「trimester」は普段３つの時です。
「first trimester」１学期「second trimester」２学期「third trimester」３学期
