  • Your English is difficult to understand. Can you speak a little slower?

  • Your English is difficult to understand. Please speak a little slower

「Can you speak a little slower?」や「Please speak a little slower」はほとんど同じですが友達に話すとき「Can you speak a little slower」はもっとフフレンドリーでカジュアルな表現です。 「聞き取りにくい」は「hard/difficult to hear」や「hard/difficult to listen to」ですけど、この場合は「hard to understand/分かりにくい」の方が自然な表現です。

  • Could you please speak slowly. I am finding it tricky to understand what you're saying.

Native speakers of English often speak fast when talking, so it is not impolite to ask someone to slow down a little bit. Native English speakers also often do something that is referred to as 'swallowing their words'. This is when they say a phrase very quickly and it can be difficult for non native speakers to understand. For example - if I say "How are you?" and I say it very quickly it may sound like "howar'you?"
例えば、「How are you?」

  • Your English is difficult to understand, can you please speak slower

  • Can you please speak a little slower your English is difficult to understand

If you know what someone is saying then you say you 'understand' if something is not easy then it is said to be 'hard' or 'difficult' if you are finding it hard to understand then you might ask the person to speak a little slower or just slower depending on how fast they are speaking

When someone's English was difficult to hear/understand, you want to ask them to please speak a little slower

  • I am finding it hard to keep up with you, could you please speak slower?

  • Could you please speak slower? I am having trouble understanding you

"I am finding it hard to keep up with you, could you please speak slower?" This is a slightly more casual way to ask someone to speak slower and also explain why you want them to do this "Could you please speak slower? I am having trouble understanding you" This is a very direct way to ask someone to speak slower and tell them you are finding it hard to understand them
"I am finding it hard to keep up with you, could you please speak slower?" "Could you please speak slower? I am having trouble understanding you" (もう少しゆっくり話してもらえますか?

  • I'm struggling to understand, are you able to speak slowly?

"Your English is difficult to understand, Can you please speak slower?" This is a polite way of asking someone to speak slower/slowly so you are able tu understand their language. "I'm struggling to understand, are you able to speak slowly?" To 'struggle' with something is to say you are having difficulty with something, in this case someones language.
