採用に困っているって英語でなんて言うの？

「採用に困っている」それだけで「having trouble with recruitment」や「having problems recruiting」を意味しています。だから「私の会社は、採用に困っている企業のお手伝いをすることです。」は「My company assists enterprises having trouble with recruiting」と言えばいいですが「having trouble with」は暗黙なので「My company assists with recruiting」も問題ありません。

We're having difficulty hiring.
「我が社は採用に困っています」。
この場合に「We're」が「うちの会社」の省略になっています。
「Difficulty」を使うと「～をするのが難しい」とか「～するのがなかなかできません」ということを表します。

Recruiting new staff promptly is problematic.
「スタッフをすぐに採用するのが問題になります」
「～問題になります：problematic」という意味ですが、
「promptly」という形容詞を使うと「すぐに」を強調して表します

「私の会社は、採用に困っている企業のお手伝いをすることです」
