気持ちをあげるだけあげといて直ぐに落とされるって英語でなんて言うの？

なんだか残念なシチュエーションですね。落胆している気持ちを伝えるのに微妙なニュアンスが気にかかられると思います。そんな時は、

⓵ "You got me excited but I ended up being disappointed by you."
「楽しみだったのに、結局は（あなたに）残念な気持ちにさせられた」
＊ You got me excited --> あなたが私をウキウキさせた
＊ Ended up.... --> 結局は
＊ Be dissapointed --> 落胆させられた

⓶ "I got my hopes up but feel let down by you."
「期待してたのに失望させられたように感じる」

＊ Get one's hopes up --> 期待する
＊ Let down --> 失望させる、裏切る
