まずは「create」ですが、こちらは抽象的な表現にも使えます。「生み出す」はこちらの方が最適かと思います。
例文：
- He had a talent for creating pieces of art that sold for large amounts
- Companies have to create value to survive
「Make」はどちらかというと、「[作る](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/33732/)」に当たります。物だけでなく、方策や[作戦](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/56452/)にも使います。
- My mother used to make lunch for me.
- We made a plan to travel the world together
ほとんどの場合、「生み出す」はcreateで充分ですが、あえて、ゼロの状態から作り出すという点を強調したい場合は、from scratchを加えるといいでしょう：
例：He created this new art form from scratch (彼はこの新しい[芸術](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/54447/)手法をゼロから生み出した）
また、「世の中にないもの」を生み出すという点を強調したい場合は、ちょっと表現が硬いですが、bring into existenceやbring into beingもいいでしょう。
例：He brought this technology into existence （彼はこの新しい[技術](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/51415/)を世の中に送り出した）
Create=「（全く新しいものを）作り出す」
We have to create new products from nothing.
「我々はゼロから新しい商品を生み出さなければならない」
Produce＝「（新しいものを）生み出す」
They produced a new type of machine.
「彼らは新しい型の機械を生み出した」
Invent＝「発明する」
He invented a new kind of thing.
「彼は新し種類のものを発明した（生み出した）」
