* "the": 「the total population」と「the population ratio」にした方がいいです。
* "dramatically will increase": この語順はちょっと不自然です。「will dramatically increase」か「will increase dramatically」の方がいいです。

そしてdramatically（劇的に、大きく）をつけるなら場所は動詞の前（willの後）です。
