the earliest で一番早くて、appointmentで予約 I can make でとることができる in the eveningで夕方という意味です。
また上記前半を訳しますと
I would like a haircut with Dave. （Daveさん担当で髪のカットをお願いします）となります。英語では〜さんと美容師さんを呼ぶときは一般的に下の名前で呼びます。

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーIf I want to book a time at 5:30 pm, what's the first available date?
「夕方5時半に予約したいなら、一番早い空いている日はいつですか？」
the first available date の代わりに the first open date とも言えます。
