数字を英語で言いたいって英語でなんて言うの？

To be able to do something means to have the ability or permission in order to do something. the opposite is 'to be unable to do something.'

You can either use 'I want' or 'I'd like' to express a desire to do something. -I'd like to be able to count numbers in English.

Therefore if you wish to be able to count in English, it means you know English numbers well enough to be able to say the number in a sequence, that is to count eg 1,2,3,4,5,6,..... or to add together numbers for example 3 plus 5 equals 8.

"Learn" Means to get knowledge or a skill in a new subject or an activity. Example - " My son wants to learn French".

We can say that we would like to learn 'numbers' or learn 'how to count'. These are both acceptable ways of expressing what you would like to learn. You can add a numerical value to this by saying 'I would like to learn how to count to 10 in English' or 'I can count to 10, but I would like to learn more numbers'.

"I would like to be able to count in English" - is a more official way to express what you want to learn. At the same time, "I want to learn numbers in English", means absolutely the same but sounds more casually.
