there will be more and more で「どんどん増える」と言えます。
from now on で「これから」

there will be an increasing number of ~ で「〜の数が増えるだろう」

もっと増えるだろうと言うなら「There'll be more in the future」と英語で言えます。

質問者様のシチュエーションなら、「There'll be more AmazonGo stores in the future」と言えます。

増えていくということをビジネス英語で言うなら「Increase」を使ってもいいかもしれないですね。例えば：
