普通に指摘する場合、Hey, you left the AC on. や、Hey, you forgot to turn the AC off.
でOKですが、まだうまく馴染めていない相手でとりあえず感じ良くしておきたい場合は、
I hope you remember to turn the AC off next time.
I'd appreciate it if you turn the AC off next time.
（次から消すの忘れないでもらえるといいな）のような感じに話しても。
ちなみにACはAir ConditionerもしくはAir Conditioningの略で、「えーすぃー」とアルファベットそのままを並べて発音します。省略しなくても使えますが、ACが一般的です。
最後に豆知識。
日本語ではエアコンは冷房も暖房も同じエアコンですが、英語ではACは冷房機能のことを指し、暖房機能の場合はACではなくheaterになります。外国人のハウスメイトさんが冬にエアコンをつけっぱなしにしている場合は、You left the heater on.と言ってあげてくださいね。

In order to politely tell someone you live with that they left the air conditioner on, you can state "You left the air conditioner on" or "You forgot to turn the air conditioner off".
