1.) melon flavored raw caramel (メロン味の生キャラメル) 「○○味」は英語で○○flavoredと訳せます。「メロン」は英語でそのままmelonです。「生」は英語でrawと訳せます。「キャラメル」は英語でそのままcaramelです。
例えば、
chocolate flavored (チョコ味)
lemon flavored (レモン味)
「○○味」は英語で「○○ flavored」と言いますので、「メロン味の生キャラメル」を英語にしますと「Melon flavored caramel」になります。
生を翻訳するのが難しいですね！

If you are explainng that something tastes like something else then you would say it is flavoured so if it has melon flavour then you would say 'melon flavoured caramel' you could also say
'caramel flavoured with melon'
