限られているって英語でなんて言うの？

1.) is being limited (限られている) 「限る」は英語でto limitと訳せます。「限る」は英語で受身形になる時はto be limited(限られる)と訳せます。それで「限られている」は英語でis being limitedと訳せばいいんです。
例えば、
The amount of people invited to the party is being limited. (パーティーに呼べる人数は限られている)

限られている = Is being limited / Is being restricted.

パーティーに呼べる人数は限られているを翻訳すると
\"The number of the people who are invited is being limited\"
\"The number of the people who are invited is being restricted\"

もし文章に人数を入れたければ、
\"Is being limited to 数\" 
\"Is being restricted to 数\"　
というように、to をつけてその後ろに数字を入れます。
Is being limited to 20 people = 20人に限られている。
