月の途中から始めているからその月は1ヶ月として扱われてるって英語でなんて言うの？

I've started it in the middle of the month, but it counts as the first month.
月の途中からそれを始めたが、初月でカウントされる。

count 「数える」の他に「見なされる」「重視される」という意味にもなる単語です。

I only started at the middle of the month （ 月の途中に始めても）but it counts as the first month of billing（ 最初はの一か月 として認められます）

Even if you start halfway through month （ 月の途中から始めても）it still counts as the first month（ それでも最初はの月だと 扱う ）
