I'm so full, I can't eat anymore. "I'm so full, I can't eat anymore." Thank you, I'm full. "Thank you, I'm full."

I'm so full = 満腹だ I'm fullだと「お腹いっぱい」程度の意味です。 I can't eat anymore = これ以上食べれない ちゃんと「This is all very good, but, 」などと料理を褒めてから言うと失礼に当たらないです。

  • I don't think I'll make it, I'm sorry for not being able to finish it up

  • I'm sorry but I can't clean all this up by myself.

I'm about to explode"、【もう爆発しちゃいそう!!】 Thank you but no thank you." I don't think I'll make it" (全部終えられないようです。) I'm sorry for not being able to finish it up”(残しちゃってすいません。) 最後も二個目と同じ状況、お皿に乗せられた分を全部平ら上げることができない場合に "I'm sorry but I can't clean all this up by myself."

I'm literally stuffed! Thank you very much! I'm stuffed." I’m full now! Thank you! I’ve had all I can eat. Thank you. →完了形"have had" と ”all (that) I can eat"食べられるものは全てを合わせて。

When we sometimes over indulge with food or drink, we may feel quite bloated and inflexible. We really may just want to lie down or sit on the sofa and not move. "Wow, I've had too much spaghetti! I'm stuffed!" Or, you could say: "I can't eat one more thing! I think I've overdone it!" Or, 'I've had more than enough!"
"Wow, I've had too much spaghetti! I'm stuffed!" I can't eat one more thing! I think I've overdone it!" I've had more than enough!"

I ate too much (food). It's too much for me.

は I'm stuffed! I can't eat anymore.

  • I am full and do not need anymore food.

    play icon

  • No more food for me, I am stuffed.

If you have had enough food and you can't eat anymore, it means that you are satisfied with the food you have had and can not eat anymore. If you say that you are 'full', it means that you have eaten to capacity and your stomach can not take anymore food. It means that you have eaten to your satisfaction. You may also use the phrase, 'I am stuffed' So, you may say: I am satisfied and can't eat anymore. or I am full and do not need anymore food. or No more food for me, I am stuffed.
例:I am satisfied and can't eat anymore. I am full and do not need anymore food. No more food for me, I am stuffed.

There are many ways to explain that you're unable to eat anymore: I'm full I'm stuffed I can't eat anymore I am full, I couldn't possibly eat anymore I couldn't possibly eat another bite. My eyes are bigger than my belly. If I eat anymore I'm afraid I may burst
I'm stuffed 満腹だ。 I can't eat anymore I am full, I couldn't possibly eat anymore I couldn't possibly eat another bite. My eyes are bigger than my belly. If I eat anymore I'm afraid I may burst

1)"I'm full, I can't eat any more." 英語で"my stomach is full"あんまり言いません。 2)"I am stuffed, I cannot eat any more." 3)"I've had my fill, I can't eat any more." I've had my fill of superhero movies." "I can't eat any more." I can't eat another bite." か"I enjoyed the meal." The food was great, but I'm full, and I can't eat any more."か"I enjoyed the meal, but I am stuffed, so I cannot eat any more." Could I have a smaller portion next time?"

  • I'm so full, I couldn't eat single thing more.

  • I'm too full! I can't even look at food right now!

    play icon

We can use the above sentences to describe the feeling of being too full. Settle: decrease, relax intervals: breaks between activities, spaces in time, pause When we eat too much we end up feeling uncomfortable and heavy, at this point we want nothing more to eat because we feel like we could pop like a balloon full of air. Usually, the feeling settles after about 20-30 minutes and we feel less uncomfortable. It's good to eat smaller portions at more frequent intervals than to eat big portions.
