  • I'm fully satisfied now. Thank you for your offer, though.

"I'm fully satisfied now."「私は今、十分満足しています。」 "Thank you for your offer, though."「でも、勧めてくれてどうもありがとう。」

"My stomach is filled, maybe later, thanks": This means that there is no more room in your stomach for more food, but maybe you can have some more later. Hope this helps :)

  • Thank you, but I am OK for now.

  • Thank you, but I do not feel like eating now.

まずはThank you, but とクッションを入れ、I am OK now (今はいいです)、または I don't feel like eating now

  • Thank you very much for the food offer, but I am really satisfied right now.

  • Thank you for the offer. I had a hearty meal earlier and I am still full presently.

In the first response you firstly thank the person who offers you more food, but you carry on to say you are really satisfied right now. Therefore, you can not take any more food. In the second response, you thank the the person offering you more food and explain to him the reason why you can not accept his offer, you had a hearty meal earlier on and you can not take any more food at this moment in time because your stomach is still full.

  • No thank you, I'm full.

  • Thanks for the offer, but I'm already full.

  • I've had enough for now, no thank you.

When someone offers you food but you're already full, you can say: "No thank you, I'm full." "Thanks for the offer, but I'm already full." "I've had enough for now, no thank you."
"No thank you, I'm full."(結構です、おなかがいっぱいなので) "Thanks for the offer, but I'm already full."(ありがとうございます。でも、もうおなかいっぱいです) "I've had enough for now, no thank you."(もうおなかいっぱいです。
