Living with my parents' implies you will live in their home.
'move back in' refers to: 1) you lived with your parents 2) moved out and 3) are moving back in.
'foreseeable future' refers to into the future as far as you or I can predict.
Living with my parents' は「親の家に住む」というニュアンスです。
'Move back in' は、
1) 以前親と住んでいたこと
2) 一度その家を出たこと
3) 再びその家に住もうとしていること
