日本語でいう「実家」は英語でそのまま言わないのでたいてい"home"と言いますが、実家ではない住んでいるところのことでも"home"と言えるので伝わらない場合もあるかもしれません。
他には parents' home は「親の家」という意味で、「実家」のニュアンスで使うことができます。
①は、「しばらく親と一緒に住む」という意味です。
②は、「しばらく実家に戻る」という意味です。先ほど伝わらないかもしれない"home"という単語を使っていますが、この場合は「戻る」という意味で"going back"も入ってるので実家だと伝わると思います。

「両親としばらく住みます。」
↑ 西洋では「実家」という単語はありません。代わりに「親と一緒に住みます」と言います。

"Since" means the same thing as "because." The word "temporarily" means for a short time. I hope that this helps. :)
