共にって英語でなんて言うの？

共には英語ではシンプルにtogetherで大丈夫です。

a married couple spending their lives together
Married coupleで夫婦 spendで過ごす、their livesで彼らの人生という意味です。

他にもこんな表現は歌番組などで耳にしますね。

共に歌いましょう！

「共に」は英語では「Together」として翻訳できます。「一生を共にする夫婦」は a married couple together for lifeになります。

I want to live together with my girlfriend
→　彼女と共に暮らしたいです。

場合によって「with」として翻訳しても十分です。
I will fight (together) with you
→　あなたと共に戦います。

God is with you for eternity
→　神様は永遠に共にいます

「共に」は英語で「together」と言います。

「一生を共にする夫婦」は "A couple who spends their whole life together." と表されます。もう一つの言い方は、"A couple who is together for life." です。
