I was busy,so I went on working without lunch. Taro:So,what are you gonna do after this? Ken:I'm gonna Mcdonald’s! で可?
'I was busy, so I went on working without lunch.'
また、最後の文章 'I'm gonna Mcdonald’s!'
'I'm gonna go to Mcdonald’s!'
I did not eat lunch today, because we were so busy at work.
"I did not eat lunch today, because we were so busy at work."
You begin by saying you did not eat lunch, then you explain why. The word "Because" is used to show the reason why something happened or did not happen.
You can change the ending of the sentence for different situations.
"I did not eat lunch today, because I am not feeling well."
"I did not eat lunch today, because I was late."
"I did not eat lunch today, because I had to attend a meeting."
"I did not eat lunch today, because we were so busy at work."(今日は仕事中すごく忙しかったので昼を食べませんでした)
"I did not eat lunch today, because I am not feeling well."(体調がよくなかったので昼ご飯は食べませんでした)
"I did not eat lunch today, because I was late."(遅刻したので昼ご飯は食べませんでした)
"I did not eat lunch today, because I had to attend a meeting."(打ち合わせがあったので昼ご飯は食べませんでした)
I'm starving. I didn't get a chance to eat lunch at work today because it was so busy.
It was so busy at work, I didn't get to eat lunch.
I was too busy to even eat lunch at work today.

To skip something means to miss
We can also use it:
"I skipped work today"
"I skipped English class today"
Then we usually follow it up with a reason (so/because)
"I was busy, SO I skipped lunch"
"I skipped work today BECAUSE I was sick"
"I skipped English class today BECAUSE I was travelling"
"I skipped work today"(今日は仕事を休みました)
"I was busy, SO I skipped lunch"(忙しかったの昼食を抜きました)
"I skipped work today BECAUSE I was sick"(今日は病気で仕事を休みました)
"I skipped English class today BECAUSE I was travelling"(今日は旅行で英語のレッスンを休みました)
By putting that you skipped lunch at the beginning of the sentence, it makes that the focus of the sentence. The person who you're talking to might be worried about you having skipped lunch so they might respond strongly by either giving advice or telling you not to do that. I hope that this helps. :)
If you are busy at work you might just want to get it done rather than stop for lunch or a break
if you missed having your lunch you can also say you 'skipped' it or you 'didn't eat it'
