「締め日」は、請求書に乗っている１ヶ月の最後の日という意味ですね。英語では「last day of the payment period」にしました。
「クレジットカードの決済日、利用日、」は英語で「credit card posting date, transaction date」と言います。自分のクレジットカード明細書を見てこの単語が書いてありました。「transaction」は利用の時で、「posting」は時間経ってカード会社が決済を決める時です。
