「すればするほど」は英語にしたら、「The more I ○○ the more ○○。」になります。
Keitoさんの和文「仕事などすればするほど奥深さがわかってきて難しいと感じてきます」とは英語にしたら、"The more I do my job, the more I come to understand in depth the difficulties." になります。

文の後半では「become」とか「start to」なども使えます。
