日本語だと「夫の先輩の奥さん」と簡単に言えますが、英語だとちょっと長くなってしまいます。
1) the wife of one of my husband's superiors from work
2) the wife of a guy who works above my husband
例）I met the wife of a guy who works above my husband at my Yoga class.
「ヨガクラスで夫の先輩の奥さんに会った。」
「先輩」ではなく「上司」なら
the wife of my husband's boss
と言えます。
