シンプルでよく使われる英語表現です。
[プレゼン](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/60614/)や[授業](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/34906/)の途中に聞く場合は、
"so far"(ここまで)を付けて、
Do you have any questions so far?
ここまでで何か質問はありますか？
と言います。
友人や同僚など、カジュアルな人々に聞く場合は、
Any questions?でもAny questions so far?でも大丈夫です。
Typically, and it is something of a cliche, after a presentation, the audience is asked: "If anyone has any questions, I'll be happy to try to answer them."
The psychology of this situation is that only the most enthusiastic people will ask a question because people are generally timid or feel that they will make a mistake when asking a question. However, if you ask the negative form: "Who doesn't have any questions?" then it is likely that most people will not raise their hands. You may then ask anyone who has not raised their hand what their question is!

と尋ねることです。
この場の心理を読めば、質問の際に恥をかくことも怖いので、もっとも熱心な人たちが質問をしてくれます。
しかし下のように否定文質問をしたのようになげかければ、
Who doesn't have any questions? （質問がない人は手をあげてください！）
手を挙げる人は少ないはず、そのため、手をあげてない人は誰でもあてることができる。
まーそういうやりかたもできるということです。
講義をしているときに質問を促す時一番丁寧な言い方は：「① Does anybody have any questions?」（誰か質問ございますか？）。
上記が一番丁寧で、一般的な言い方ですが、ちょっと上から目線な言い方もあります。それは：
「② Questions??」
そうです。例えば、研修内容の講義で部下たちに向かって質問があるかどうか呼びかけるときに使えます。
結構横柄な言い方ですが、場合によってはこの言い方を使って適切なシチュエーションもあります。
西洋には上下関係があまりないと言われていますが、実はあるんです。ただ、日本のようにあまりはっきりしていないところと、上下関係によって社会が成り立っているわけではないと言うことを頭に入れておいていただければと思います。

"Questions" and "concerns" are both in the same category when it comes to requesting questions.
But "concerns" might grab people's attention a little more if they are not sure about asking something.
You might say "Any questions or concerns?" or "Does anybody have any questions? Are we all clear?"
Mix up the way you ask and if people are too shy to ask questions then this might motivate them.
And if no one seems to answer you could say "No questions? / Ready to move on?" or just say "Ok then, moving on"
"Question"と"Concern"は、質問をするときには、同じカテゴリーに入ります。

is, at this point, welcome to fire questions at the speaker.
「I am now going to open the floor to any questions you may have 」とは、この時点で、聴衆の中の誰かが、話し手に最初の質問することを歓迎しているとを意味します。
The most common question asked to audiences if they have any questions after having been lectured is: Do you have any questions? This question is absolutely inquisitive. It opens the floor for those that did not understand certain aspects of the lecture. The other question that provokes the audience is very similar although it is directed at individuals in the audience: Does anyone have any questions? At this point, each member of the audience that was withholding a question during the lecture will definitely raise his/her hand.
You may vary this by asking: Is everything clear? Whoever found certain parts of the lecture to be unclear will definitely raise his/her hand.
So, you may ask the audience:
Do you have any questions?
or
Does anyone have any questions?
or
Is everything clear?
講義を受けた後の聴衆に向けて聞かれる最も一般的な質問は次のとおりです。

講義のある特定の部分が理解できかった人は確実に手をあげるでしょう。ですので、聴衆に下記のように質問できます。
