国は今後各自治体への周知を進める予定です。って英語でなんて言うの？

この場合の「国」は普通は government ですが、今回は自治体（local government）との比較で central government とするのがいいです。 「自治体への周知」は、 　local governments are informed about that 　（自治体がそれについて知らされる） ということを、主語である「国」が 　see that 〜（〜ようにする） という形にします。 さらに「今後進める予定です」は、近い未来の予定を表す is going to だけで十分です。 以上から、 　The central government is going to see that local governments are informed about that. という文になります。

The nation is planning to promote and inform each individual local authorities from now on. nation=国 promote=進める each individual=各 local authorities= 自治体 from now on=今後 こんな感じでどうでしょうか？ 周知の内容が何か？がポイントになります。 何の周知を進めたいのか？例えば、these changes (これらの変化について）など。
