I went on a four-day school trip between June 12-16. 6月12日〜15日の間、4日間の修学旅行に行きました。 four-day と言うと「4日間の」を表すことができます。 形容詞的な用法になります。 for four days のように言うこともできます。 three nights and four days で「3泊4日」を表すことはできますが、日本ほど「〜泊〜日」という言い方はしないかもしれません。 お役に立てれば嬉しいです。
