〜の途中で、って英語でなんて言うの？

いつも、in the middleやon the wayを使ってしまうのですが、それだと、〜の途中、なだけで、〜の途中で、になっていないだろうことが気になっています。

例えば、

セッションの途中でクラスを変えたくなったら、どうしたらいいの？

と言いたい時、どうしたら、
〜の途中「で」
とあらわせるでしょうか。

In the middle of ~で「～の途中で」という意味になります。
During ~ でもいいです。同じ意味です。

例
スピーチの途中で気を失った。
He fell unconscious in the middle of the speech.
He fell unconscious during his speech.  

例
学期の途中でクラスを変えたかったらどうしたらいいの？
What should I do if I want to change my class in the middle of the semester? 
What should I do if I want to change my class during the semester?

「～の途中で」は英語で言いますと「In the middle of ～」でもいいし「During～」でもいいんです。後「While～」も使うことだと思います。

「セッションの途中でクラスを変えたくなったら、どうしたらいいの？」は英語で
「If I want to change classes in the middle of the session, what should I do?」か
「If I want to change classes during the session, what should I do?」か
「If I want to change classes while it is the middle of the session, what should I do?」でも言えます。一番勧めるのは「If I want to change classes in the middle of the session, what should I do?」です。
