You didn't get back to me so I didn't think you wanted to get together.
どちらも「返事がこないから会いたくないのかと思った。」という言い方です。
1) I didn't think you wanted to see me because I didn't hear back from you.
2) You didn't get back to me so I didn't think you wanted to get together.
「返事がこない」は
to not hear back from 人
または「返信してくれない」で
to not get back to 人
を使って言えます。
