というふうに ”If” が二回続きになってしまうとおかしいですよね？

(ある〜でも、もし〜) という意味です。

例えば:
Even if a guy is super nice and handsome, if he doesn’t share your humor, he’s not worth it.
(ある男の人がとても優しくてイケメンでも、笑いのツボが違うなら、やめたほうがいい)。

Even if a guy is super nice and handsome, it’s not a fun date if he doesn’t make you laugh.
(ある男の人がとても優しくてイケメンでも、あなたを笑わせないなら、楽しくデートできない)。

Even if a guy is funny and handsome, I would never date him if he hates animals.
(ある男の人がとても優しくてイケメンでも、動物が嫌いなら絶対付き合わない)。
