簡単な内容の説明って英語でなんて言うの？

「あなたが書いたスピーチを教えてください」 "Please explain about your speech" という問題がでたら、 「簡単な内容の説明」と言って、すなわち "I have to give a simple explanation of the contents" "I have to tell in plain language what it's about" "I have to explain what it's about in plain language" "I have to explain the content simply"
