ブラインドって英語でなんて言うの？

ブラインドは英語でそのまま blind と言います。そして、「ブランドを閉める」の一般的な言い方は close the blind です。しかし、ブラインドは上げたり降ろしたりするものなので、lower the blind（ブラインドを降ろす）とも聞きます。因に、その反対は raise the blind です。 ご参考になれば幸いです。
