If someone rings on my doorbell, I feel suspicious
部屋のチャイムは「doorbell」と言います。
ただし、日本のように集団で生活しているのは西洋ではそんなに無いので、部屋のチャイムとか、アパートのチャイムをあまり区別しません。
アパートの正面は lobbyと言います。
部屋のドアは「at the door」（例： There's a stranger at the door）。
よって、「If someone rings on my doorbell, I feel suspicious」を提案しましたが、補足として、「If someone rings on my doorbell, I feel suspicious there's a stranger at the door」を入れことが一番自然で良いかと思います。
If you live in an apartment building with main entrance doors that lock automatically and someone rings your apartment door, you can assume it's someone suspicious.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーIf you live in an apartment building with main entrance doors that lock automatically and someone rings your apartment door, you can assume it's someone suspicious.
「正面玄関にオートロックのあるマンションに住んでいて、誰かが部屋のドアのチャイムを鳴らしたら、それは怪しい人だとわかる」
