シンプルに "and" を使うこともできますし、"as well as" を使うことも可能です :)
EX）She is beautiful and smart.（彼女は美しく、また知的です。）
EX）She is beautiful as well as smart.（彼女は知的なだけでなく、美しいです。）
「〜と〜」という意味がある「及び」という表現を英語で伝えると、「and」、「and also」または「as well as」という表現を使っても良いと考えました。例えば、「This fruit is fresh and delicious.」と「This fruit is fresh and also delicious.」と「This fruit is fresh as well as delicious.」という文章を使っても良いです。「Fruit」は「果物」という意味があって、「fresh」は「新鮮」という意味があります。「Delicious」は「おいしい」です。
「及び」は英語でandかas well asと言います。「〜と」も同じ意味があります。
例：
The bread was warm and freshly baked.
パンは暖かい及び焼きたてでした。
She likes fruits, vegetables, and meats.
彼女は果物、野菜、及び肉が好きです。
He went to the grocery store as well as the drug store.
彼は食品店及び薬屋に行きました。
