カルチャーはもともと英語に由来する言葉なので、英語も「culture 」のままです。
様々な表現があると思いますが、いくつか自然な表現を紹介します。

海外旅行の醍醐味は新しいカルチャーを体験できることだ（と思います）。
1b The thrill about business trips abroad is the opportunity to get to know a new culture up close.
海外旅行の醍醐味は新しいカルチャーを体験できることです。
2 The culture in my home country is a little different from the culture in Japan.
私の国の文化は、日本の文化とは少し違います。
語彙:
- best part (直訳: 一番いい部分）= 醍醐味
- thrill (直訳: 興奮）= 醍醐味
- up close = 親しく

「カルチャー」つまり「文化」は culture と言います。
The best part of overseas trips is that you can experience other cultures which are different from the Japanese one.
「海外旅行の醍醐味は日本とは違う他のカルチャーを体験できることです」
「醍醐味」は「もっとも良い部分」という意味なので the best part of ~ と言います。
「海外旅行」は overseas trip や traveling abroad などと言います。
少しニュアンスは変わりますが、「暮らしぶり」という面では lifestyle を使うこともできます。
I feel like Japanese lifestyle is shifting to Western’s.
「日本の生活様式は西洋のものへと変化しつつあると感じる」
