乾燥機にいれる前に1回伸ばすって英語でなんて言うの？

"There isn't one "proper" way to say this like there is in Japanese. There are actually some other ways to say it that could be considered slang. The examples I provided are expressions I have heard being used.

これ！といった訳が思いつかないのですが、上記の３つは聞いたことがあります。whipは「～をむちで打つ」という意味でよく知られていますが、乾燥機に入れる前の動作のように「素早くひっぱる」といった意味でも使われます。

If you let the laundry out once before you put them into a dryer, you could get them neatly.（洗濯物を乾燥機に入れる前に一度伸ばすと、綺麗に仕上げられます。）

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーIf you stretch out your clothes before you put them in the dryer, they won't have as many wrinkles when they are done.
「乾燥機に入れる前に服を伸ばすと、終わった時シワが少なく乾くよ」
ここの「伸ばす」は to stretch out を使うと良いでしょう。
won't have as many wrinkles で「そこまで多くのシワがつかない」と言えます。
