"There isn't one "proper" way to say this like there is in Japanese. There are actually some other ways to say it that could be considered slang. The examples I provided are expressions I have heard being used. これ！といった訳が思いつかないのですが、上記の３つは聞いたことがあります。whipは「～をむちで打つ」という意味でよく知られていますが、乾燥機に入れる前の動作のように「素早くひっぱる」といった意味でも使われます。
