この場合の「混んでいるね」は be crowded を使って言えません。

「ブランコは全部取られちゃっている。」＝「ブランコが混んでいる」
2) There are lots of kids waiting to go down the slide.
「滑り台を滑るのを待っている子供がたくさんいるね。」＝「滑り台が混んでいる」
There are lots of kids waiting to get on the swings.
「ブランコに乗るのを待っている子供がいっぱいいる」＝「ブランコが混んでいる」とも言えます。
