One of my eyes has started twitching because they are tired.
I've been spending too much time on the computer and my eyes are twitching.
瞼がピクピクすることは twitch 「ピクピクする・ひきつる」を使って言います。
通常瞼が痙攣する時は片方の目だけだと思うので、片方だけなら one of my eyes とします。
1) One of my eyes has started twitching because they are tired.
「目が疲れて、片目がピクピクしてる。」
they は「目（両目）」のことを指しています。
もし両目が同時に痙攣している時は my eyes としてあげます。
2) I've been spending too much time on the computer and my eyes are twitching.
「パソコン見過ぎで、両目がピクピクしてる。」
I've been spending too much time on the computer. で「パソコンに時間を費やしすぎている」＝「パソコンを見過ぎ」と言えます。
