上昇することは「Rise」すると言います。

一番簡単な「上昇する、上がる」という言い方は"go up"でしょうか。文字通り「うえに上がる」で、「気温が上がる」や「価格が上がる」以外にも、「階段やはしごを上がる」"go up stairs/a ladder"、エレベーターで上に上がる "go up in an elevator"、丘を登る"go up a hill"のような場合にも使えます。
また、値段や気温の「上昇」＝「増加」ということで、increase「増える、増加する」を使うこともできます。

他にも、「上がる、増加・増大する」には "rise"があります。"rise"は価格や数量など数字とよく使われます。
