"可能ですか" は "is it possible?" といいます，二通りに使います：
1) なにかが可能ですか？(is it possible to 〜?) :
"Is it possible to cancel my reservation?"
"予約をキャンセルのが可能ですか"
2) だれかが何かをしてくれるの依頼：( Is it possible for you to 〜? ) :
"Is it possible for you to help me carry my luggage?"
"私の荷物を運ぶのを手伝うことは可能ですか？"
