決まった言い方や単語はありませんが、「何年」などを聞く時「how old」を使います。
How old is the building
建物は築何年ですか？
How old are you?
何歳ですか？
「the」を使うと、相手はどの建物に成っているか知っています。建物の中にいる時「how old is the building?」を使います。
もし不動産屋でいろんな間取りを見て、その中から１つを選んで聞くなら
How old is this building?
を使います。
他の言い方でいうと、
How long ago was this built?
どれぐらい前にこの建物はできたのですか？
少し長いけど意味がなんとなく明確です。

オンラインのサイトなどで検索した際に出てくるような簡単な表記としては
"〜built"が使われていたりします。
例）

1988 built など
これは個人的な感覚値ですが、「新らしい建物の方がよい」という風潮は
日本の方が強い気がします。建築様式の違いなどもあるのだと思いますが、
アメリカの方がさほど建物自体の「築年数」つまり古さを気にしないのだと思います。

You may talk about the queen or king who was reigning at the time when trying to descruibe the date of construction of a building:
"This building was constructed during the reign of Henry the eighth."
You could just date the building by counting back the years:

王様や女王様が統治をしていた時期の建物の築年数を話しているとしましょう。
