それぞれの回答を直訳すると、以下のような意味になります。

【回答２】間違った発音を長年続けると。後で矯正するのは難しいだろう。
回答１のOnce～は、「ひとたび～すると、一度～してしまうと」という表現に使える単語です。回答２はIf文にしてみました。
難しいは、hardでもdifficultでも良いでしょう。
後半の文は、You won't be able to change it later (後で変えることはできないでしょう）と、Youを主語にした言い方もできますね。
