判断力は｢judgement｣等となります｡二番目の｢discernment｣は｢識別する/見分ける能力｣の意訳となり最後の｢the ability to make a decision｣は｢決断力｣になります｡
例
･As you grow older your judgement starts to dull/weaken（歳を取ると判断力が鈍る/弱まる）
As you get old, your ability to judge things decreases.
As you get older, you get slower at making decisions.
判断力が鈍る→判断する能力が劣る、遅くなる、と表現できます
1)’ 歳を重ねると、何かを判断する能力が鈍ってきます‘
As you getting old 歳を重ねるごとに
ability of ~ ~する能力,できること
judge 判断する、見極める
decrease 低下する、減少する、だんだんと減る（下降する）
2）‘歳を取るにつれて判断が鈍ってきます‘
slower （より）遅くなる
make decision 判断をする、決断をする、何かを決める
「判断力」は、
"the ability to make appropriate decisions"
"the ability to make sensible decisions"
などの表現を使うことが出来ます。
"appropriate"は、「適切な」
"sensible"は、「 賢明な」
という意味です。
また、「きちんとした判断力を持っている・いない」という場合、"good judgement" / "poor judgement"という表現を使います。
"As I get older, I can't use good judgement."
「年をとるにつれ、きちんとした判断が出来なくなってくる。」
