「お客様の今月のお支払い合計金額は一万円です。この一万円には500円のリボ払い手数料が含まれています。」
ここでは「500円のリボ払い手数料」を 500 yen revolving loan interest charge としました。
interest charge で「手数料」

「お客様の今月のリボ払いお支払い額は1万円で、そのうちの500円は手数料となります。」
「リボ払いお支払い額」は revolving loan payment と言えます。
