1)by the end of this month
直訳は、「今月末までに」となります。
「〜までに」という締め切り等を言いたいときは、byを使います。
「明日までに」は、by tomorrowになります。
2)within this month
直訳は、「今月中に」となります
withにinがくっついていることで、より「〜の中に」という意味合いが強くなります。
「〜以内に」という意味でもよく使われます。
例えば、「5分以内に戻ります。」は、I will be back within 5 minutes. となります。
「今月中に結果を教えてほしい。」は、以下のような英訳でいかがでしょうか。
